  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days. Rates will vary based on location and order size.
  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL orders over, applicable only to addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship to locations within the United States. For international orders, please contact our customer service team to discuss potential options.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products, due to their chemical nature, may have restrictions or limitations based on location. If any issues arise, we will contact you promptly.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
  • Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Bionbox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

Damages and Issues
