We started with water-soluble cleaning sheets and Today, we’ve grown into our own factory in Olathe, KS, where we also produce Samba Segredin, a concentrated liquid cleaner that delivers powerful results without toxic fumes and no bleach.

How it Started ?
✅ From Brazil to Kansas City: Bionbox began with the vision of Ludmilla Vieira, a Brazilian-born scientist whose passion for science and innovation shaped her journey.
✅ Scientific Roots: With a bachelor’s in Microbiology, a master’s in Biotechnology, and a passion for applied science, Ludmilla began her career in agricultural research—where she developed a patented biofungicide, her first breakthrough in turning science into real-world solutions.
✅ A new chapter in the U.S.: In 2015, she moved to the United States, building her career in pharmaceutical and CRO companies before channeling her entrepreneurial drive into Maidpad—a platform designed to help cleaning businesses grow and succeed.
✅The Spark for Bionbox: Through Maidpad, she gained a deep understanding of the daily struggles of cleaning professionals—and saw a gap in the products they used. This insight inspired the launch of Bionbox in 2023, focused on delivering safer, smarter, and more sustainable cleaning solutions.

Can the sheets be dissolved in cold water?
Yes, our sheets can be dissolved in cold water, but we highly recommend using warm water for optimal dissolution and cleaning effectiveness.
Which container is best for diluting each product?
Pro-Sheets Floor: Dissolve 1 sheet in 4 L (1 gal) of warm tap water in a bucket.
Pro-Sheets Kitchen: Dissolve 1 sheet in 500 ml (16 oz) of warm tap water in a plastic cup or bowl (at least 750 ml / 24 oz capacity).
Samba Shine: Dissolve 1 sheet in 500 ml (16 oz) of warm tap water in a plastic spray bottle (at least 750 ml / 24 oz). Spray is optional, if you prefer less mist, apply the solution to a microfiber cloth and wipe.
Samba Segredin (liquid concentrate): Mix 1:2 — 1 part Segredin + 2 parts warm tap water in a bottle or any clean container with a lid. (Example: 250 ml Segredin + 500 ml water = 750 ml total.)
Gloss Sheets (Glass or Stainless Steel): Dissolve 1 sheet in 500 ml (16 oz) of warm tap water in a bowl or cup (at least 750 ml / 24 oz). Soak one of the two microfiber cloths included, then wring out the excess. Wipe the surface, then use the second (dry) microfiber cloth to dry immediately for a streak-free finish. If rinsing is needed, use a separate clean cloth dampened with water only to wipe once, then dry.
How long does the solution last after dilution?
Samba Segredin (liquid concentrate) and Samba Shine: Once diluted, the solution can be stored in a clean, tightly closed container for up to 6 months.
Pro-Sheets and Gloss Sheets: For best performance, mix fresh and use the same day. These are designed for frequent professional use, so we recommend diluting only what you need. You can cut a sheet to make smaller batches (for example, ½ sheet in 250 ml / 8 oz instead of 500 ml / 16 oz). This is the advantage of a concentrated format. You control the strength and the volume you prepare!
Do these products work as disinfectants?
Bionbox products are cleaners, not disinfectants, we do not make claims about killing germs. However, effective cleaning helps reduce germs by physically removing soils and residues that can harbor microorganisms, and many viruses and some bacteria can be reduced through proper cleaning with soap and water. Our focus is safe, powerful cleaning performance without bleach or harsh fumes.
Do your products contain chlorine?
No. All Bionbox products are chlorine-free. You get powerful cleaning performance without bleach or harsh fumes.
Are they safe for people and pets?
Yes. Bionbox formulas are designed to reduce animal toxicity and avoid many harsh ingredients found in conventional cleaners. They are safe for daily use when used as directed, as with any cleaner, keep out of reach of children and pets (ingestion), avoid eye contact/ingestion, and rinse hands after use.
